OEM & ODM Capabilities

Two ways to source custom parts from us

OEM: You provide the drawing, specification or a sample. We quote tooling, validate first articles, document the FA package, and run serial production at your target volume.

ODM: You describe the application and target cost. Our 22-engineer R&D team designs the part, validates with FEA, prototypes in-house, and delivers an OE-grade solution branded for you.

Either way: full NDA, traceable manufacturing, IATF 16949 quality records, and your own private packaging if you want it.

Tooling & unit cost quote with design-for-manufacturing recommendations within 5 days.

Tooling & Prototype

Build molds and machining fixtures. Deliver 5-20 prototype samples in 3-4 weeks.

First Article & PPAP

Full dimensional + material + functional test report. Buyer approves before serial production.

Serial Production

Manufacturing per agreed schedule with weekly progress photos and SPC data.

OQC & Documents

Outgoing quality control with COC, FA, batch records — packed per spec.

Shipping

FCL, LCL, air or rail. Customs documentation handled. Insurance arranged on request.

Lifetime engineering support, ECO management, second-source assistance if required.
